Refund policy
At this point we have a no-returns and no-refunds policy.
However, since our customer’s satisfaction is our priority, please contact us immediately if the item you receive is faulty for any reason out of your control, including manufacturer defect, missing pages, or damage prior to delivery. Send us an email at marhabaseema@gmail.com, requesting a return, including the receipt or proof of purchase, and a picture of the damage; and we will study your eligibility for a return and see how we can make it up to you.
If your request for a return is approved, we will arrange for a product replacement. Kindly note that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused. Items sent back to us or our partners without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor replaced.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on sales items, giveaways, promotional or any other reduced price items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it up to you. Please note that we take customer satisfaction very seriously.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted.
Cancellations
Kindly note that order cancellations are not accepted once the payment has been processed.
