Shipping policy

At Marhaba Seema FZE, we aspire to offer you affordable shipping options, and efficient and effective responsiveness. 

Once you order a product on our website and pay for it, an automated request is sent to our partners who are responsible for fulfillment and delivery. All orders are sent for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.

Then it is only a matter of the time it takes for items to be shipped from our partner’s warehouse to the destination specified by you.

Through our website, we currently only provide delivery in the UAE.

If you are living abroad and are eager to become part of the Marhaba Seema Family, please contact us at marhabaseema@gmail.com and we shall advise where you can find our products in your locale, or otherwise, advise how much time it would take, and how much more it would cost, to send you your order via courier, depending on your specified shipping location.

Upon your review of our feedback, confirmation, and payment completion, we will do the needful to fulfill and deliver your order. Please note that Marhaba Seema FZE takes no responsibility for any products that may be held in customs, have outstanding import duty/taxes or otherwise held by the governing body in that territory.
